Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Titagarh Rail Systems Limited today, September 15, 2026, to form a Joint Venture Company (JVC) for comprehensive maintenance of supplied Vande Bharat Sleeper Trainsets for 35 years, with BHEL and Titagarh Rail Systems Limited holding a 50% share each. The JVC will have an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 50,00,000 and will be incorporated as a "Private Limited" Company with its registered office in Delhi.
